What is Erik's Yoga?
Erik's Yoga is a practice focused on peace, love, prosperity, and harmony with society and nature. It is an ancient tradition that has been passed down for millennia, since the early RigVedic age around 6000 BCE, and is essential to our civilization.
In addition to traditional yoga practices, Erik's Yoga also involves partnering with other yogis to work towards the benefit of humanity and the environment through the use of technologies such as rain induction and atmospheric purification.
It also integrates a little Sanskrit, the language of consciousness and nature, and embracing the non-dual metaphysics of Advaita Vedanta and Sankhya.
Through the tradition of Yoga, we can transcend the boundaries of the mind, body, and spirit, and come to understand our oneness with the field of consciousness and nature.

Erik Phillips is a yogi, practicing for about 10 years and 10,000 hours. Erik is author of the book Climate Change Yoga. Erik is also a rock climber and marathon runner and former attorney.
