1. These terms
These terms cover your use of yogawitherik.com and every game you open on it (the Lounge), run by Yoga With Erik (we, us). The site is run by , . Using the Lounge means you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
2. Who may use the Lounge
- You must be at least 18 and live in the United Kingdom.
- One account per person, for personal and non-commercial use only.
- We may ask you to prove your age or identity, and may close accounts that don't meet these conditions.
3. Entertainment, not gambling
The Lounge is free entertainment. You can't pay us, and nothing you collect in a game has any money or real-world value. For that reason the Lounge is not gambling under the Gambling Act 2005. Success in our games is no indication of how you'd do at real-money gambling.
4. Coins, XP and levels
- Coins, XP and levels are virtual and exist only inside the Lounge. They have no cash value and can't be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn, gifted or exchanged.
- We give you a limited, revocable right to use coins within the Lounge. You don't own them.
- We can correct balances affected by errors or misuse, and can change how coins, top-ups or levels work.
- Coins and levels end when an account is closed or deleted.
5. The games
Games are hosted on our own server and load inside our pages. We choose which games appear, and availability can change: individual games may be updated, paused or removed.
6. Looking after your account
- Give us accurate details and keep them current.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- You can delete your account whenever you like from My lounge.
7. House rules
Please don't use bots, scripts or exploits; try to get into other accounts or our server; tamper with games; open more than one account; abuse our team; or use the Lounge for anything illegal. Breaking these rules can lead to suspension or closure.
8. Content ownership
Our site design, text, logos and artwork belong to us, and the games belong to their owners. You may enjoy them on the Lounge only. Please don't copy, redistribute or embed them elsewhere.
9. Liability
The Lounge is free and provided "as is". Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we aren't liable for indirect loss or for lost virtual coins or progress. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Suspension and closure
You can stop using the Lounge at any time. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or to protect players. Where we can, we'll explain why.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction (residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also use their local courts). Questions?
